Upon payment of the Note in full, WAQF will convey the Property by Deed with General Warranty and English Covenants of title, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, to WEIC. WEIC shall make a good faith effort to construct mosque or Islamic Center on the Property and if the Property is sold WEIC agrees that all proceeds of the sale shall be used for other projects assoicated with a mosque or Islamic center.
WEIC shall make payments to Noteholders to pay the existing note.
